Frugal Wardrobe Tips
Comment: I like to go to my local Savers every monday because mondays are .99 cent days. Only certain color tags are on sale for this price but I have found some awesome bargains. London Fog coats for .99, Talbots blazers, John Ashford, Evan Piccone jsut to name a few. I just take and hour on a Monday after the kids are all in school and see what I find. I am stil kicking myself because I passed up a small dresser/ bar that I could have made into a potting table that was also .99. Not everything that is priced this low is a great deal but i take my time and see what I can find. My husband has expanded his wardrobe for less than 15.00. I also shop for the kids and myself but I usually find the great deals for my husband. Just find one in or near an affluent neighborhood because those are the people that are dropping the stuff off.

Finding Deals at Walmart
Comment: Walmart is not always the cheapest on many items. Their produce (SuperWalmart) is higher than most stores and the quality is not that great. Sometimes Targets prices are cheaper. Pennypinchergazette (www.ppgazette.com) will let you compare prices at 2 stores at a time and they also have weekly circulars for 5 or 6 stores. You can also print coupons at the site as well. As for the person who drove 45 miles round trip and found out that they wouldn't take the coupons, next time call the store first. I don't know why they did not take them because the Walmart that i shop at does.

Can Buying from Supermarket Bulk Bins Save you a Bundle?
Comment: I like to buy meat in bulk and cut it as I see fit. I don't want to have to pay for someone else to cut and package my food. I vacuum seal it any way so all of the individual packaging gets thrown away. Spices from the ethnic aisles are cheaper at Pricerite than they are at the supermarket. In my opinion, garlic powder is garlic powder so it shouldn't make sense to pay more for pacjkaging.
