What Do You Do With Leftover Grilled Meat?

Comment: We purposely cook extra pork chops on the grill. One meal is regular chops. Then we cut out the larger piece of pork from the bone, cook bacon strips almost done and wrap around the circle of meat. Return these to the grill for just a few minutes and serve with salad or grilled veggies. Trim the smaller pieces of meat from the bone and use in stir fry or freeze to use later.
