| Comment: This is great advice. I just got a quote for a plumber to install a tankless
water heater for $5200 (before the federal and local rebates of $2200) and the
second guy I called quoted $3200. Of course you don't really know the cost until
the job is done, but that is quite a difference. |

Comment: not sure what that is, but you definitely need to keep your filter clean. read
the manual to find out how often you should clean it.
on an aside. if you have asthma, you should get a HEPA filter that doesn't have
ionizing air because that creates ozone with is a trigger for asthma. |

flat panel LCD computer screens, it can be compatible with the HDMI cable. You

| Any Advice for Growing a Vegetable Garden? |
Comment: i;ve got real rocky soil, so i made a box garden a few years back. took some
railroad ties and made a box right in the lawn. picked mostly sunny spot. then
filled with good dirt. my town gives away composted soil great for the garden,
so i got that for free, i get a new load every year and just refill my box.
now got a garden full of tomatos, green beans, garlic, peas, and rhubbarb.
garlic and rhubbard grow like weeds i';ve got them everywhere, anyone can grow
those. |

| Comment: just read that you can take a property tax deduction even if you are not
itemizing your taxes. YOu used to have to itemize, but new in 2008 even if a
homeowner takes just the standard deduction you increase your standard deduction
by $500 if you're single or $1,000 joint filing for property taxes you paid on
your home during 2008. |
