| Some major grocers have a butcher's special section. This area features cuts of meat that are dated to 'must sell by' in the next day or maybe two days. Any purchase must be cooked same day as purchase or frozen same day. Careful when you thaw these meats. They must be cooked same day as thawing. Savings may be 50%. Porterhouse becomes affordable and tasty! Use the bones for soup! What flavor! |
