| Cash Incentives for New Bank Accounts |

TCF bank gave me a gift card of $50 good at Jewel Foods for opening a checking account with $25. My plan was to close the account in 90 days as per the agreement. I guess, because I have not used the account, they sent a letter saying they will add $25 if I write 4 checks in a month, use the debit card, etc. So, I will write 4 checks to myself for a dollar each. I call that free money.
