ginger definately works for heartburn and upset stomach. Whenever I have an upset stomach I reach for a little piece of dry ginger and it always does the trick.

I agree. Ginger is good for an upset tummy. But if it is a regular thing, go see a doctor.

Raspberry leaf tea is awesome for menstrual cramps. It is also good for most pregnant women, to tone the muscles for labor.

Be sure to drink lots of water with the increased fiber -- to combat constipation. Otherwise, you can have a blocked colon. In fact, I was able to cure chronic constipation by upping my water intake every day.

Bad breath could be the sign of some underlying dental problem. See a dentist instead of trying to mask halitosis.

Fennel seeds work. Indian groceries usually carry coated fennel seed candy, too.

For tension headaches or tension in neck and shoulders or any other muscle aches, magnesium is great. It's a mild muscle relaxer. I use to eat Tylonal like it was candy trying to ease my headaches, even if it were just for a little while. But then as soon as it wore off, they would come right back, especially bad sinus headaches. But after taking magnesium daily I don't any more headaches. Before if I worked out in the yard, I would feel it the next day in my back and legs. But after I started taking magnesium, any time I work in the yard, the next day, I feel very minimual aches.
