If you are buying anything other than 100% juice you are paying for sugar and water. If you must, drink less juice and more water, but know that the nutrition is there when you drink 100% juice.

Another tip for the juice is to cut it in half with water. Same great taste for the kids and it lasts twice as long! My kids actually ASK for "juice-water" now.

The soda water with juice is a great one: They sell a small bottle of the same thing at Starbucks and you can make 20 times the same amount for almost the same price. And it is just as good!!

It's great to economize. But always keep nutrition in mind. As a nutritionist, I' d recommend giving the kids 100% juice or water.
