Witch Hazel a Frugal Facial Toner

This is a really great money-saving tip! I have been using witch hazel as a toner for some time now, and it works really well on combination skin also. It helps to balance the moisture of one's skin, while removing that last trace of leftover makeup, like mascara - and it doesn't make your eyes burn. I recently found a 16 oz. bottle of it at CVS for about $3.00.

another good one is apple cider vinegar
dilute 1/2 cider 1/2 water (kind of stinks) for a short while, but its a excellent skin tonic

natural, no chemicals and CHEAP!!!!
