L'Oreal Eye Makeup Now Available At Dollar Tree!

Submitted by: Siamese Belle  05/14/2009 4:24 AM

Ladies, if you're a fan of L'Oreal cosmetics, definitely visit Dollar Tree ASAP! While shopping at my local store today I found a HUGE amount of L'Oreal eye makeup!

On offer were the larger four-color eye shadow kits--the "fancy" kits in the black cases that Eva Longoria and Scarlett Johannson (sp?) advertised. I think they're specifically designed to each compliment a certain skin tone/coloring. My DT had a selection of five kits; I chose the "Brown Tones" and Bronze Tones" kits, each featuring lovely "earthy" or "nudie" colors. There were also "Blue Tones," "Green Tones," and "Hazel Tones" available, if memory serves me right.

In addition to the eye shadow kits, my local DT also had a huge assortment of L'Oreal eyeliners (in pencil form), brow pencils, lipsticks, and lip glosses (in tube, pot, and pencil/gloss stick forms). I myself stocked up on the eyeliners, brow pencils, and lipsticks. In addition to the "regular" brow pencils, there was a selection of L'Oreal's "specialty" pencils that consist of a brow pencil on one end, an eye shadow "sponge" at the other (the shadow is stored in the cap covering this sponge), and a brow brush in the cap covering the pencil end. There was a good selection of eyeliner colors available, including black, various brown shades, grays, blues, white, etc. There were brow pencils available in most of the "typical" brow colors, including black, several shades of brown, auburn/reds, and taupe/blonde shades.

I have loved L'Oreal products ever since I was a junior-high student (20-some years ago!) and had wanted to purchase one of these eye shadow kits at my local CVS some time ago--however, the nearly-10.00$ cost stopped me from doing so! Dollar Tree has now met this need, and I now have enough eye shadow to last me for some time. The DT employee who was stocking the shelves told me that they have "tons and tons" of L'Oreal cosmetics that haven't yet made it to the shelves, so I'll be returning to see what they have shortly.
