I was looking to buy a new yoga dvd, but didn't have any good recommendations and had bought 1 already that I didn't like at all. Noticed on our netflix acct. that there was a sports & fitness section, so did a search to see what yoga videos they have available. I ordered a few and tested them out, 2 I liked, 1 I did not. So I bought the two I liked and didn't have to waste any money (other than my netflix monthly fee that I woudl have paid anyways) on the 3rd. great way to try out workout videos before you buy!
