| Price Matching & Listening to That Little Voice ;) |

I live in a small town that has a name brand drug store. The prices are always higher though than the neighboring town and they also have a larger selection of drug stores so the competition if better.
Anyway, I was on my way to the larger town the other Sunday afternoon to catch the sales at two of the drug store chains when a little voice inside told me to stop and go inside my local large chain drug store and ask them if they would price match. The thought was appealing because I hate spending the gas to go to the larger town and also driving from one side of town to the other to catch the sales while fighting traffic and trying to find a parking place.
But I digress; so I go inside my local drug chain and ask the manager and to my surprise she said YES! Not only did I save $45 off of the items I needed to purchase, I also saved money on gas and wear and tear on my car! Yippee! And I got to spend the rest of my day at home getting things done! |
