Rotate Your Tires Regularly

Submitted by: bobbyd  05/31/2008 4:12 PM

Rotate your tires frequently so that you get even tread wear across all four tires. Consumer Reports recommends that, for safety reasons, you replace all four tires when you need to replace any of the tires due to too much tread wear (having tires with different wears can cause problems such as fishtailing and hydroplaning and isn’t worth the risk). So in order to not have to replace all of your tires when only one or two have too much wear and ultimately save some money, invest in getting your tires rotated periodically.
