Body Weight Workout - No Equipment Exercise Program - Part 1
They recommend doing each exercise for 30 seconds to 2 minutes depending on your fitness level. Then move on to the next move. Doing as many reps as you'd like. Make sure to include a cool down. Nice b/c you can do most of these anywhere, so no excuse for missing a workout. Here are the exercises they include in the fitness plan (I am tired already!):
- Abs
- Squat Thrusts
- Push Ups
- Pull Ups
- One-Let Balance/Squat/Reach
- Tuck Jump
- Backward Stride
- Chair Dips
- Wall Sit
- Jump Lunges
- Reverse Crunch
- Jumping Jacks
- Side Jumps
- Mountain Climbers
- Plank Exercise
- Wall Squat Thrusts
- Abdominal Crunches
- Supermans
- Walking Lunge
- Shadow Boxing
definitely a tough workout, but some great moves to incorporate into your fitness routine.
