There are many [people] into seed saving and trading as well as having plant swap meets. You can join anywhere in the U.S. by logging onto Plantcycle Central: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/cnyplantcycle

You will get connected to a plant swap nearest you or how to start one if you do not already have one in your area. Ongoing seed swapping or asking for plants or seeds you are looking for whether they be a decorative perennial, or an ornamental edible or just what to do with that plant in plain English.

There is a network of Plantcycle groups in various states, which also promote ways of recycling or reusing items as well as how to get the most out of your garden no matter the size. Urban Farming, community gardening and permaculture topics to keep you enspired.
