Just heard about this site called squeezeitin.com. It is full of quick exercises that take less than 10 minutes to 'squeeze' into your day so you can't use the excuse that "I don't have time." great for stay at home mom's like me with ideas exercises to sprinkle into your daily routine. Nothing ground-breaking, but good reminder that you can fit in some good exercise while do something else--the ultimate multi-tasking without the cost of a gym membership.
