Kiss Painful Chapped Lips Goodbye

Submitted by: Jamie  08/23/2009 8:19 AM

I have spent way to much money on both inexpensive and expensive products (including prescription) to resolve my problem with chronic chapped lips- none of them worked!

However, I finally found something great & affordabe, which works! WALGREENS Vitamin C NORISHING LIP BALM (in a stick) for a whopping $2,79! This stuff works!!!!!! I went back and bought up the remaining 5 in the store's inventory and ordered more! Great for guys and gals. And for women looking for a good foundation for lipstick, this is great as well!

Carmex is my pick, although I don't have chronic chapped lips, only the occasional.

At walmart in the vitamin section, they sell a Vitamin E stick. It looks like a tube of lipstick and it only cost around a dollar. I bought two, one for my lips and one for quick touch ups on my excessive dry skin. It works great and cost alot less than those pricey lip balms.

I have chronic chapped lips that will develop fever blisters really easily...Burt's Bees is the ONLY one that works ALWAYS!!! They run sales & specials, so that's when I stock up. PLUS it's something I always comment on that I could use...and welcome it as a birthday or Christmas gift. Solves the dilemma of "gifting" for family and/or friends.
