8 Ways to Reuse an Egg Carton

Save all your bread bags, an egg carton fits into one for freezing perfect.

1-Spray with Pam - freeze leftover gravy (just right for one serving)
2-Make meat balls and freeze in carton, take out what is needed for a meal (to cook) may remove carton after freezing
3-Make chicken or beef broth and freeze in carton (freeze before placing in bag)
4-Puree fruits or vegeables for your baby, freeze in carton
5-Freeze Kool Aide to pop into drinks
6-Use to hold different colors of poster paint as your child paints
7-Make fire starters (use the paper kind for this)
8-Works great for an emergency ice tray

Start my plant seedlings in styrofoam egg cartons. Be sure to poke the holes for drainage, use the lid as a tray underneath.

Drop off at your local farmers market for someone that sells fresh eggs. Cartons are expensive to buy.
