Health Benefits of Cheap Sports

Submitted by: Richard Barnett  10/14/2009 10:02 AM

Not many people think of ping pong as beneficial to your health, but if you play an hour of ping pong aggressively you'll see what it can do.

Plus ping pong is cheap. You can buy a table and equipment and have no more than $250 in it. I would recommend a $500 aluminum table. You can play anytime and it's a lot of fun. Too many people have billiard tables and those tables just collect dust.

Another game that is cheap and beneficial is badminton. This game will wear you out. These games are great up North where it's cold. They are fun, because children and older people can play.

Compare after you buy the equipment you have no more expense as compared to bowling at $3 a game.

Shooting hoops (basketball) or playing 'horse' for an hour is another cheap sport.
