In addition to the Dollar Stretcher, which several people have mentioned, I like the www.newdream.org, Center for a New American Dream. Its focus is on sustainability rather than frugality, but it has many tips on ways to "simplify" and cut costs at the same time. Check out their section on "simplifying the holidays."
