| You Don't Have to Boil Lasagna Noodles |

| The new "don't cook first" lasagna noodles are unnecessary - my mother told me 20 years ago that regular lasagna noodles could be layered in homemade lasagna, and they would cook while the whole thing baked. It has worked every time! Just make sure you put sauce, cheese etc. over the topmost layer of noodles so they don't dry out. |
