| Count Down to Better Fitness |

Works well with swimming. Any kind of exercise that has you counting will benefit from this tip. Count backwards. For swimming I count strokes, starting with 100. I find it easier than counting laps. When I get to 0, I start at 100 again. Usually doing 500 for one particular stroke like the breast stroke etc.
I swear that if I started a 1, I would be out of the pool earlier. Not good! |
