If you do use this sparingly, be sure to keep it refrigerated. Soaps, shampoos,
and conditioners often have just enough preservatives and may eventually go bad
if diluted. (Now, any critters that enjoy eating conditioner are probably
harmless enough to people. But better safe than sorry.) |

From ends to scalp? That's "ratting" or "teasing" the

To "comb from ends to scalp", start detangling hair at the ends of of
the hair, one section at a time then work your way up the hair towards the
scalp. |

you start at the ends and work the knots out from the bottom so you are not
ripping the hair by draging the comb and knots out from the top. Gosh I thought
everyone knew that. |

I've been using this on my kids for years & it works great. I use a really
cheap conditioner & can use a lot of it - I only add about a tablespoonful
to a pint of warm water. |
