| I love Angie's List--if you have not heard of it is a user generated website that rates home improvement specialists. For $25/year you can become a member and this gives you access to a database of rated entries. Users rate contractors and industry professionals so that you can hire a contractor based on their performance. I have found my electrician, plumber and house painters on Angie's List. And often contractors offer discounts through the site, so I saved 10% or $300 off on my house painting project. Definitely, a great way to save money-not the coupon alone, but knowing that you are hiring a quality professional. |
