| I've found that it pays to ask. I recently purchased several items from an online Blooomingdales sale, but didn't want to have the pay the $24.95 in shipping. After an internet search failed to turn up any free shipping codes, I called customer service and asked if there were any free shipping promotions, there weren't. So then I asked if they could extend free shipping for my purchase, the rep obliged. And mentioned that if you purchase something and within 14 days of purchase find a free shipping code you can call customer service and ask for your shipping charges to be refunded!! It never hurts to ask. |
