| I tried to modify my adjustable rate mortgage with Countrywide after I seen an article on the news, but was unsucessful. I then tried to find a company that would help me with the process but they all seemed too expensive. I finally found a company called www.loanmodassistant.com that walked me through the entire process and even guaranteed my modification. It even spits out the documents your lender wants. I used coupon code tomsdiscount and saved $50 off of the $200 price. My rate was 10.5% and I was able to get it down to 5.75% fixed. I hope this helps someone in these troubling times. |
