This will help with stomach flu, flu, colds, sore throats, even if you ate something that makes you sick or just ate too much.

Juice from one lemon and steep in a slighty hot cup of water, then sip.

For years I suffered with a various list of stomach problems and this lemon tea with added fiber in my diet put me back in good health.

Best thing I found for any stomach ailment is to take ginger root caplets. Ginger root is a natural substance & yu will find you'll be feeling better in no time. Works fabulously for any kind of motion sickness as well.

My grandmother gave us a piece of candied ginger before going on a long car ride. She kept it in her purse, when making ginger tea was not an option.
