I am a mother of 6 natural children and 4 inherited children(marriage). 7 are still at home(ages 7-19, 1 is disabled) I would use the money to go to real estate school so that I could manage rental property or sell homes to generate an income. My husband has sickle cell trait and I need to be home more when he is going through a crisis.
