We purchase either a half or quarter of a black angus. Much cheaper than buying at the store and its organic meat. Find a good farmer who raises his beef to sell.

even if 4 or 5 families go in together on it, & each share a portion: it is far better meat & much safer to eat & tastes so good you will think you have never tasted meat so good! This is what the folks in Austrailia are doing!
