| Remove the Musty Smell from Sweaters |

I store my winter sweaters in the attic in the summer and each fall when I pull them out they have a nasty musty smell. Thankfully I picked up a easy DIY trick from lucky magazine that works:
Fill your tub with steaming water, mix in a cup of white vinegar and then hang your sweaters on the shower rod. Make sure to use plastic hangers as they handle the moisture better. Then just shut the door and within 12 hours you'll have must free sweaters without the stick shock you'd get from a laundry mat! |
