| Host a Clothes Swap |

I hate looking into my full closet and yet finding nothing to wear; because I'm bored. I'm tired of feeling like I'm wearing the same thing day after day.
We got a bunch of friends together recently; all different shapes and sizes, and everyone brought in all the clothes they are tired of wearing or have outgrown. What's old to one person, has now become a new wardrobe for the other person. All of my clothes that I had become sick of were being snatched up by others who were tired of their own wardrobe.
The clothing swap was a huge success. We had piles upon piles of clothes to pick from. I walked away with a bag full of clothes, about the same size of bag I walked in with.
I have received several comments on my 'new' clothes; and I didn't even spend a penny. We all got a new wardrobe without the cost and time of shopping all over town. Everyone walked away satisfied. We plan to do this again for the spring/summer season. |
