Whenever I shopped with my aunt she would always ask if what she was purchasing was on sale. She would often wind up with a discount of some sort. It still works for me today.

I don't know if all Walmarts have the same sales, but I was able to pick up 2 fleece sheet sets for 14.00 ($7.00) each. What is surprising is that I was in Walmart last night and the same sheet sets were $20.00, which still isn't a bad buy but not to buy two at $40.00. These were king size sheets, unheard of. Then I bought the same sheet set in a twin size for only $4.00.
So look around when you can for those beautiful "red" stickers, for markdowns. I always shop clearance first.
